Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading, or using RadiJar, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a family, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account
• Child profiles are managed by and under the supervision of a parent or guardian
• Children do not register independently — all child access is set up by a parent account
• By creating an account you confirm you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction

To use RadiJar you must create a parent account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Keep your password secure and do not share it
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access at support@radijar.com
• One account per family unit is recommended
• You may not transfer your account to another person

• You are responsible for creating and managing all child profiles
• You control which tasks are assigned, what rewards are offered, and whether proof photos are required
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting task completions
• You agree to supervise your child's use of the app in a manner appropriate for their age
• You consent to the collection of your child's data as described in our Privacy Policy

• Coins are a virtual in-app reward with no monetary value
• Coins cannot be transferred between families or sold
• Rewards defined in RadiJar are family agreements — fulfilment is entirely at the parent's discretion
• We are not responsible for any real-world rewards parents promise to children
• Coin balances may be reset if an account is deleted or a child profile is removed
• We reserve the right to adjust the coin system at any time with reasonable notice

RadiJar offers a free tier and paid family subscriptions managed through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases via RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
• Prices may change with reasonable advance notice
• All payments are processed by Apple or Google — we do not store your payment details

You agree not to use RadiJar to:

• Upload content that is abusive, harmful, or inappropriate for children
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app or its infrastructure
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Create false or misleading accounts
• Upload proof photos that are inappropriate, offensive, or illegal
• Circumvent any security or access controls

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (such as proof photos and task names). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of operating the app for your family.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the service.

The RadiJar name, logo, app design, graphics, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Capelin Studios Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Parent Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use RadiJar ceases immediately and all data associated with your account is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. Use of RadiJar is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capelin Studios Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RadiJar, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, except where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you via push notification or in-app notice and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of RadiJar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using RadiJar and delete your account.
